Jacek Braciak has participated in many series. Television audiences fell in love with him for his portrayal of the extravagant fashion designer Pshemko in “Ugly.” On the set of this production he made friends with Wojciech Smarzowski. He directed the first dozen episodes of the series to give it the right shape and storytelling. We didn’t see Braciak in the sequel to “Brzydula”.
“Sometimes I get TVN series suggestions, but they are all the same, apart from the cast, so glamorous, round. I have the impression that the scripts, dialogues are written like in the era of Adam Bahdaj, and the author is thirty years old. The guy in my for example, says: “If I had known, I would not hang out with her.” For God’s sake, who says that? Or like this: “Do you have any alcohol?”. Hands drop. Only tracing paper, figures, dies. There are no people there, there is no life. Always these ladies in sweaters with long sleeves look at Warsaw at night … I can see the roles, the way of storytelling, the directing indistinguishable. Different directors work there, but if you watch these series one by one, they look as if one person “- he comments.

Braciak saw the series primarily as a way to earn a lot of money. “» Ugly «was good, but» Straight to the heart «was a nightmare. But I lived on it for a year and a half. I was lucky that I played in» I’m Lucky That «, which was a good series, I had a lot of shooting days there, hence – a lot of money. I have not treated and I do not treat this profession as a mission, it is my source of income, “he says in an interview, which is part of the book” Profession: Actor ” Jacka Wakara.
Until recently, we watched Braciak in “Rodzince.pl”, where he played a friend of the Boski family, Marek. “I was lucky to work at» Rodzince.pl «with cool actors and with Patryk Yoka, a great director. It was a pleasure,” he sums up this professional adventure.
In the book “Profession: Actor”, the author also talks with Tomasz Kot, Agata Kulesza, Andrzej Chyra, Arkadiusz Jakubik, Maja Ostaszewska, Adam Woronowicz, Borys Szyc, Piotr Adamczyk, Olaf Lubaszenko, Bartosz Bielenia, Małgorzata Kożuchowska and Tomasz Kolakowska, Tomasz Kolakowska .
