These two smart cameras are the PanaCast 50 and PanaCast 20 which are designed to provide a new experience for the profesioanl in working in the new normal time.
As a leading provider of audio and video solutions, Jabra today (8/12) re-introduced a new line of solutions to support professionals in the Hybrid Work era.
As is known, we are still undergoing restrictions on activities outside the home as an impact of reducing the increase in numbers affected by the pandemic. For this reason, as a business player who concentrates on audio and video devices, Jabra launched two new smart camera product lines to provide a new experience for people to work in the new normal.
These two smart cameras are PanaCast 50 and PanaCast 20. Both are claimed to have been equipped with AI technology where each series has its own advantages according to user needs.
These new products will provide users with the maximum experience with various immersive features that not only produce 4K picture quality, but also clear sound.
Now, almost 86% of workers are already working from home. Therefore, the need to improve the quality of online meetings that can be done anytime and anywhere is crucial. “The need will increase when the hybrid working pattern is implemented in the future. Companies must of course prepare smart workspaces so that productivity and the implementation of health protocols run well. We provide this solution in PanaCast 50 which is targeted to be used in the smart workspace area,” added Brodjo.
The PanaCast 50 immersive camera allows users in the meeting room to feel like they have a reliable event organizer operator. With The Virtual Director feature, this sophisticated camera can adapt to various changing situations that often occur when a meeting is in progress.
For visual matters, for example, the three 13-megapixel cameras that have a 180-degree viewing angle are equipped with intelligent algorithms that can adjust lighting with a very wide visual scope. In addition, the PanaCast 50 also has reliable image sharpness even if the camera is zoomed far or near with a center point adjustment that is adjusted to the speaker’s face.
The adaptive video feature works nimbly to incorporate live video streams even at low latency. For example, one video channel focuses on the image of meeting participants, while another channel can be used to focus on certain activities such as presenting meeting materials. All meeting participants can also access the whiteboard feature or the notes column that is displayed in real-time.
Meanwhile, PanaCast 20 is designed for meeting participants who cannot attend the meeting in person. This personal camera device is supported with compatible video features to integrate two videos simultaneously with ultra-quality 4K HDR video. In particular, the PanaCast 20 also features an innovative lens cap that guarantees user privacy and helps avoid “forgetting to turn off the camera” moments. The PanaCast 50 will be available in Indonesia in August 2021 and will be marketed at a price of IDR 28 million, while the PanaCast 20 will be available at Jabra Enterprise Indonesia’s official partners in September. For the price of PanaCast 20 will be informed soon.
