Jabra of Denmark’s GN Group emphasized that its solutions using AI technology maximize work efficiency and create a better collaboration environment.
According to the ‘Work Trend Indicator 2024’ released by Microsoft, 68% of people are experiencing difficulties with excessive workload and fast pace of progress, and 60% are spending most of their time on email, chatting, and meetings. Accordingly, Jabra explains that generative AI can create a better work environment by reducing cognitive burden and automating part of the work.
According to a recent study conducted by Jabra in collaboration with the London School of Economics (LSE), Jabra products improved the meeting experience, with participants being more expressive by 35% and their contribution to meetings by 47%.
Clear voice recognition and visual information are essential for AI to be truly effective, and Jabra is developing and bringing to the market products with excellent voice collection technology to process accurate data.
Jabra’s representative collaboration solution, ‘<a href="http://www.world-today-news.com/jabra-and-lenovo-develop-a-solution-for-microsoft-teams/" title="Jabra and Lenovo develop a solution for Microsoft Teams“>PanaCast 50 Room System‘, is an intelligent speaker for conference rooms certified by Microsoft Teams, and can be used with Microsoft Teams Room and Copilot. Voice and facial recognition technology can be used to accurately identify conference participants’ remarks. It provides a 180-degree viewing angle to identify up to 10 participants and helps maximize productivity by helping AI clearly see the entire conference room.
In addition, Jabra is working to enhance product performance through continuous firmware updates. The recent update creates an efficient collaboration environment by adding a ‘multi-stream dynamic composition’ function that allows you to see close-up screens of participants in hybrid meetings and displays each presenter’s name in the video.
Jabra emphasizes that ‘collaboration’ is the core of its vision and mission. In particular, we are developing AI technology through close cooperation with Microsoft, and are supporting the creation of a smarter meeting environment through partnerships with system integrators. The Jabra+ management platform also provides the software needed to effectively manage a variety of devices.
Calum MacDougall, CEO of Jabra Enterprise Division, said, “Jabra has a goal beyond simply improving the meeting environment for companies and individuals,” adding, “We provide creative inspiration to system integrators, consultants, and designers to create generative AI.” “We will help design future smart, integrated buildings that support business efficiently.”
