PSSI President Mochamad Iriawan alias Iwan Bule trying to cheer me up Indonesia Under-20 National Team after losing 0-6 to France in a test match in Spain on Thursday (17/11).
The Indonesia Under-20 national team was unable to match the strength of France in the match which took place in Murcia. In each half, France scored three goals against Indonesia.
According to Iwan Bule, the defeat against France was a valuable lesson for the Indonesian U20 national team.
“Naturally, in this match, the players will gain valuable experience from one of the strongest teams in Europe, namely France. We hope the players remain enthusiastic, work hard, be disciplined and continue to develop better during the training camp in Spain,” said Iwan Bule as quoted by the PSSI website.
Iwan Bule is also hopeful that the Indonesia U20 national team can take stock of their defeat against France. The results of the evaluation should then lead the Indonesia U-20 national team to better results in the next match.
“We hope that in the next test match against Slovakia we will achieve better results and that the team’s game will improve and develop,” said Iwan Bule.
The Indonesia U-20 national team is holding a series of training camps in Europe in preparation for two major events next year. In 2023, the Indonesia U-20 national team will compete in the Asian Cup and World Cup.
Before arriving in Spain, the Indonesian Under-20 national team had already held a training camp in Turkey.
