Iwan Bule Supports Ridwan Kamil To Be Presidential Candidate 2024

A number of Sundanese community leaders openly expressed support for the Governor of West Java Ridwan Kamil | to run for the presidency in the 2024 presidential election. One of them, Mochamad Iriawan or as he is familiarly called Iwan Bule who is also the General Chairperson of PSSI.

Reported by detikJabar, Monday (20/6/2022), Iwan called Ridwan Kamil one of the leading figures of Sundanese blood who are qualified and have the capability to lead Indonesia. He said in terms of electability to appearance, Ridwan Kamil was very supportive.

“Especially for 2024, we know that there is one qualified figure to advance to the national level. He (Ridwan Kamil) has electability, good job, good appearance, and everything is good,” said Iwan Bule.

Iwan emphasized that he was ready to support and pray for Ridwan Kamil to become President. Iwan’s support for Ridwan Kamil was given as a Sundanese citizen.

“We all pray. I am ready to support him (Ridwan Kamil) because I am his people too,” said Iwan Bule.

In addition to Iwan Bule, West Java Deputy Governor Uu Ruzhanul Ulum also previously expressed support for Ridwan Kamil to run as a presidential candidate in 2024. Uu admitted that he was ready to replace Ridwan Kamil’s position as governor.
