To meet up with its need for blood products and solutions, the city of the Ebrié Lagoon invites its populace to donate blood routinely.
In Côte d’Ivoire, 1 to 2% of the inhabitants, or 250,000 people out of about 28 million inhabitants, will have to often donate blood so that the region can be self-ample in terms of blood products. He spoke through the launch of a blood donation operation by agents of the Institute of Social Welfare – Normal Fund for the Pension of Point out Brokers of Cote d’Ivoire (IPS-CGRAE) which is held from 17 to 19 August 2022.
