A mission composed of officials from the National Environment Agency (ANDE), the National Sanitation and Drainage Office (ONAD), as well as the project coordination unit, visited several likely sites. to accommodate the infrastructure. The final choice, which will concern a five-hectare plot of land, will depend on environmental criteria, in particular the proximity of a watercourse.

The work will begin after the finalization of the environmental and social impact study planned in the coming months.
