Ivorian cinema loses one of its actors. The actor and filmmaker Lance Touré whose real name Lanciné Touré bowed out at the age of 65.
Lance Touré, talented actor, native of Bouaké played his first roles in several local productions in the series including “SIDA dans la Cité”, “Nafi”.
He was the pride of the Ivorians on the small screens. He is one of the Ivorian actors who play roles in plays or films and series that have always been successful, believing that the artist has a kind of positive energy…
Married and father of 6, Lance Touré plays a role for the first time in the play “QU’EN DIS-TU?” in the years 86-87. He was also the director of this play produced by the troupe “Soleil de cocody”.
In 1991, he joined the satirical series “FAUT PAS FÂCHÉ”. He was not only an actor, but also a screenwriter at RTI.
His performances as actors were noticed by advertisers who made him chain spot on spot in 1995… the successful advertising spot “METALIVOIRE” in which he had the main role.
