13 years after its debut on the Bulgarian literary scene, the legendary collection is published in an edition supplemented with 13 new stories. 31 stories full of sadness, love, happiness await you on the pages. Discover a new angle of the writing talent of the popular writer, journalist, screenwriter and presenter. Yesterday, 4.10.2024, Port Prim offered the citizens and guests of the city three different events that enjoyed a lot of interest. Journalist Georgi Toshev premiered his new documentary dedicated to Tsvetana Maneva at the festival for Bulgaria. The great actress personally attended the event, which was held in front of a full hall at the Grand Hotel and SPA Primorets.
A selection of short films from around the world, a selection from this year’s tenth edition of the prestigious International Short Film Festival “Quarantine” with director Georgi Krastev, delighted connoisseurs of the seventh art. The screenings were in the Sea Casino, and each tape had Bulgarian subtitles.
The cherry on the night on Friday was A Spanish Play at Little City Theater Behind the Canal. Winners of a total of 24 nominations and 16 Asker and Icarus Awards, actors Vladimir Penev, Maria Kavardzhikova, Svetlana Yancheva, Vasilena Atanasova, Malin Krastev showed the audience their unimaginably monstrous talent in over 2 hours of play with a plot that is both funny and thought-provoking about universal truths and special moments where the actors spoke to the author, the director, the costume designer, the audience. A long round of applause gave thanks for the impressive experience.
