The strategic plan

In the 2021 strategic plan Iveco had forecast total net revenues from Industrial Activities of between 16.5 and 17.5 billion by 2026 and reached 15.9 billion at the end of 2023, “demonstrating to be fully in line with the objectives – yes law – the adjusted Ebit of Industrial activities for 2026 was expected between 5 and 6% (it was 3.6% in 2019), a result that the company has already achieved in 2023. Now the group, participated by Exor which also controls Republic through Gedi, he decided to raise the bar. “The key objectives of industrial activities to 2028 – explains a company note – they forecast net revenues of around 19 billion euros, adjusted Ebit margin between 7 and 8%, free cash flow of around 0.9 billion. At a consolidated level: adjusted net income equal to approximately 0.9 billion and adjusted diluted EPS exceeding 3 euros per share”.
