Jaime Ortega, Director of the “Breakfast” and “La Movida” of the RCN Channel broke the silence in the program “Lo Sé Todo” about the dismissal of Iván Lalinde. Ortega stated that the presenter humiliated him and insulted him repeatedly, claiming that it was workplace harassment.
Although Ortega made clear the talent of Lalinde, he accused him of having a terrible attitude towards the staff of the “Breakfast” and even reported on his Instagram account (@jamesdelaluna) that the presenter once hanged a team staff. Not unusual violent behavior, according to reports when Lalinde was enraged, he hit everything around him and yelled at anyone in front of him, taking advantage of his position to create fear.
However, none of the victims dared to report for fear of being fired. The Human Resources Department turned a blind eye at first, but as a result of the numerous inconveniences, it had no choice but to fire the presenter.
