Chief Prosecutor Ivan Geshev submits request to Central Election Commission (CEC) for lifting the immunity of a candidate for MP, the Prosecutor’s Office announced.
The reasoned request to the Central Election Commission (CEC) is to allow to bring to criminal responsibility Ts.G..- candidate for MP in the early elections for the 46th National Assembly, scheduled for July 11, 2021.
