Ukrainian singer Ivan Dorn recorded an emotional appeal to his fans, in which he sincerely apologized for all the mistakes made in the past.

In particular, the artist then called Russia’s invasion of eastern Ukraine a “quarrel between fraternal peoples”:
“Yes, I’m not a perfect Ukrainian. You know about it. I recently rewatched Dudya to find out how rude I sound there. Yes, rude. And it also taught me a lot. So I apologize for that. I also apologize for the fact that I did this only 5 years after. Probably, so much time should have passed to recognize all this, to comprehend, to realize. Know that I am with Ukraine, I am Ukrainian. I am proud that I am Ukrainian and have always been proud,” Dorn said.
Note that Ivan’s video reflection appeared as a result of the singer Tucha’s post on Twitter, in which she accuses the singer of “tolerating Russians.” We are talking about the fact that on the anniversary of the full-scale invasion, February 24, the French electronic group dOP planned to release vinyl. It features a recording of the track with Ivan Dorn and a remix by Russian DJ Philip Gorbachev.

Ivan Dorn recorded the track with the French electronic group dOP in 2021 and after the approval of the song, he did not return to this issue. The dOP group did not inform Ivan Dorn that there would be a remix from a Russian DJ on the vinyl record with his track, as well as the release date of the record.
“Somewhere in the summer of 2021, we recorded this track. And then I found out that this track was coming out with a remix by Russian DJ Gorbachev. I didn’t know about the release date. I didn’t know that Gorbachev was remixing. less.We will change the date now.I can’t unfortunately cancel this release.The guys (dOP) have claimed it with their music label, they have already pressed this vinyl.It’s coming out, it just won’t come out on the 24th.So sorry for such news,” Dorn said.
