The Prime Minister Kiril Petkov issued an order revoking the order appointing Ivan Demerdzhiev to the position of Deputy Minister of Interior. This was announced by the press center of the Council of Ministers.

We remind you that Demerdzhiev was acting Minister of Justice from October 2021 to December 2021. He held the position of Deputy Minister of Justice from May 2021 to October 2021.
Ivan Demerdzhiev was chairman of the Plovdiv Bar Association from 2019 to May 2021 and before that he held the position of Secretary of the Bar Council of the Plovdiv Bar Association.
Demerdzhiev graduated in law from Plovdiv University “Paisii Hilendarski”.
