The Ittravel Group, elements of that are damaged, are accused of not having legitimate insurance coverage paperwork. The Belgian insurer MS Amlin, which is concerned from the organizer’s perspective, doesn’t wish to refund buyer cash that has been paid for canceled journeys. Now managing director Axel Schmiegelow describes his view.
