The platform is online from today ITsART, promoted by the Ministry of Culture together with Cassa Depositi e Prestiti. The platform had been announced in April 2020 by the Minister of Culture Dario Franceschini, who had defined it as «a sort of Netflix of culture». Over 700 titles are available on the platform, including films, theatrical and musical performances and other events. ITsART is available on on the site itsart.tv from PC, Mac, smartphone and tablet, and on some smart TVs through the ITsART app. To access the platform it is necessary to register, free of charge: some contents can be purchased, others rented and others watched for free.
