“It’s the black hole”: victims of mysterious stings in a nightclub, they testify

The first memory that Élodie has of her late evening ten days ago is a vision of her in the shower, with a caregiver, in the hospital. Before that, “it’s the black hole” for seven hours. “I discovered on my arm, in the morning, a trace of an injection, and a bruise came afterwards. My friends told me that I was falling everywhere, that my behavior was not normal” that night, says the student who lives in La Rochelle. Élodie’s doctor confirms this in a medical certificate: the 20-year-old young woman has two bite marks on her right arm with a bruise, and other bruises on the rest of her body.
