Jakarta –
PT Pertamina (Persero) requires users of Pertalite and Solar subsidized fuels to register through the website MyPertamina. The registration period starts today, July 1, 2022.
Pertamina Patra Niaga Corporate Secretary Irto Ginting said the purchase of Pertalite and Diesel fuel types would still be carried out as usual during the registration period. The QR Code has not yet been implemented, so those who have not registered will still be served.
“In the registration process, fueling both Solar and Pertalite can still be done as usual. So don’t assume tomorrow (today) you have to have a QR code if it’s not rejected, I say it’s not true. So during the registration process, all purchasing processes are still as usual ,” said Irto in a virtual press conference, Thursday (30/6/2022).
As an initial stage, four-wheeled vehicles are only required for several locations, namely in Bukit Tinggi City, Padang Panjang, Agam Regency, Tanah Datar Regency, Bandung City, Sukabumi City, Tasikmalaya City, Ciamis Regency, Banjarmasin City, Yogyakarta City, and Manado.
Registration can not only be done through the MyPertamina application, but also through the website https://subsiditepat.mypertamina.id/. Here are the steps:
1. Prepare the required documents, namely: KTP, STNK, Vehicle Photos, and other supporting documents
2. Go to the website subsiditepat.mypertamina.id
3. Check the information understand the requirements
4. Click register now
5. Follow the instructions on the website
6. Wait for data matching a maximum of 7 working days at the registered email address, or check the registration status on the website periodically
7. If it has been confirmed, download (download) the QR code and save it for transactions at Pertamina gas stations.
Payment Can Be Cash
Transaction processing is not required through the MyPertamina application. Payments for buying Pertalite and Solar can still be made in cash by printing the QR Code and bringing it to the gas station for later data matching.
“I emphasize that later payments are still open for cash and non-cash. There is no obligation to download the MyPertamina application and payments are also not required to use the application, but you can also use the application,” said Irto.
This also answers public concerns about the safety of using cellphones (HP) at gas stations. Irto emphasized that the use of the application MyPertamina still safe if in compliance with applicable provisions.
The prohibition on the use of cellphones applies to telephone communications in hazardous zones, which are 1.5 meters from the gas station dispenser or tank unloading area. The vapors that come out during charging will be dangerous if exposed to a cellphone signal.
“But for transactions to read the QR code or actual payments are made before or after filling, so there is a condition for using the cellphone at the gas station that is 1.5 meters from the dispenser and not taking photos using flash,” explained Irto.
