Jean-Luc Reichmann: his difficult decision for Donna
In 2021, Jean-Luc Reichmann entrusted Donna to the good care of surgeons. At the end of a surgical procedure, the female dog adopted a few years earlier had been
amputated of a leg. “Unfortunately, in life, there are painful decisions to make… Even on three legs, I love you my dog”wrote his owner on Instagram after the operation.
A little later that same year, he spoke about this painful sequence on the set of 12 coups de midi on the occasion of World Animal Day. A video broadcast on air showed him congratulate Donna on her “big progress”. “This is my dog, and we had to amputate one of his legs. I’m thinking of you, my dog. I’m sending you a big hug, Donna,”
commented Jean-Luc Reichmann, particularly moved.
