It’s not perfect but sleeping well

Chairman of the DPR RI The Empress they had the opportunity to stay overnight at the Minister’s Office Landing House (RTJM) in the main town of the islands (IKN), Kalimantan, before attending a ceremony celebrating the 79th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia. He admitted that he was comfortable trying the official residence of ministers.

“I am ready to participate in the August 17 ceremony at the IKN Palace. I am leaving the house that will later become the minister’s office,” said Puan in a written statement, Saturday (17/8/2024).

Puan arrived at IKN on Friday afternoon (16/8), after landing in Balikpapan and went directly to RTJM. Madam lives at RTJM number 5.

“Last night I slept here. Thank God, everything was fine, even if it wasn’t perfect, I slept well. The house is fine,” said the former first lady Chairman of the DPR of the Republic of Indonesia.

IKN’s own onshore home already has smart home technology that makes things very easy for residents. In this smart home technology, there are features that make household tasks easier, such as turning on the lights, closing and opening the curtains, turning on the television, changing the air temperature, and locking the door (door lock system) with one touch button.

The house has two floors on land and a basement with 9 rooms and 3 bathrooms. On the 1st floor there is one room with an en-suite bathroom, on the 2nd floor there are 3 rooms with 1 main room having an en-suite bathroom, the other 5 rooms are on the ground floor.

The unique and attractive design makes the house on land beautiful. RTJM is designed to be able to cope with topographical conditions such as at the IKN location.

With a construction area of ​​736 meters, the house on land is also directly connected to the command center. This is done to ensure the security and safety of the residents.

“Thank God, everything is fine, although there is still a lot that needs to be repaired, but I am sure that the houses in IKN will be ready soon,” said Puan.
