PT Indoritel Makmur Internasional Tbk. (DNET) which is associated with crazy rich Salim Group confirms that. That the storage is according to the designation. However, the same letter underscores that DNET has no control over Indomaret’s policies.
They conveyed this in a statement to the stock exchange authority which contained an affirmation of the denial of the alleged hoarding that occurred.
“The company in this case is not the controlling shareholder in PT Indomarco Prismatama” [pengelola Indomaret], an associate of the company. As an implication, the company has no control over its policies and/or operations,” wrote DNET Corporate Secretary Kiki Yanto Gunawan, yesterday (22/2/2022).
The company said it only owns 40 percent of PT Indomarco Prismatama’s shares.
