This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry (Kemhan) in the midst of still fierce fighting on Ukrainian territory.
The Russian military has released footage of the nuclear missile loading operation.
The reinstallation of nuclear weapons took place at the Kozelsk missile facility in the Kaluga region of central Russia.
“Loading ICBMs into silos requires special infrastructure and tough operating hours,” the Russian Defense Ministry said.
The missiles were placed in their intended positions on Wednesday and Thursday, according to the report.
The RS-24 Yars is derived from the RT-2PM2 Topol-M design and can be launched from mobile or silo launchers.
