Laurent Garnier, the godfather of the French techno scene, will present the documentary film he made with Gabin Rivoire, and discuss with the public at the Cinéma Diagonal on Thursday, November 4. Their bias is to tell the story of techno through the life of Laurent Garnier and vice versa.
Scan X, his lifelong friend and partner, will give a computer-assisted music (MAO) masterclass to all producers who wish to learn and improve their skills in these techniques, in the premises of the Ecole des Beaux Arts on Thursday. November 4.
And of course, Dernier Cri presents several evenings in the bars and clubs of Montpellier.
On the program Kittin, queen of electro, finally back for a highly anticipated set in the lair of the Rockstore. But also artists to discover such as La Fraicheur at BPM, UR Trax at Dieze Warehouse and DJ Marcelle at Nu Bahia.
