Locals do not like the intersection of Talsu and Pauzera streets in Tukums. They say that there are regular accidents here and the dangerous section of the road should be improved somehow. The occupants of the 35th house regularly witness traffic accidents.

“He often runs in here, once every six months,” says a resident of Talsu Street.

On Friday, in the first half of the day, a young man at the wheel of an Opel, as well as a black Audi driver, tried to leave the infamous intersection. Without dividing the road, the two cars collided, and the driver of the Opel found himself crashing into the front door of the house. Neighbors also heard the brawl.

People ran around the scene and Raivis from Tukums noticed the filming. Eyewitnesses say that Opel’s house was hit by inertia.

Fortunately, no one was seriously injured in the accident. The drivers got out of the cars on their own and greeted the police. People living in house 35 hope that a solution will soon be found that will improve the transparency of the intersection.
