Hello Risti people, I am a ghost member, zelator.
I’m embarrassed because it’s been a long time since I’ve posted anything. I don’t think I’ve even been to an offline meeting recently. I can’t even remember how many years ago it was…
A lot has happened to me in the meantime, and I don’t think I’ve been able to stop by Tapo often for the past few years because I’ve been busy dealing with things that have happened. I just glance at it all the time and have never even dreamed of posting…
I’ve been busy making a living, so the Panerai I own is sitting in storage, and I haven’t taken it out since it was overhauled.
When people lose their minds, they stop doing the hobbies they like… Running is a hobby that helps me clear my complicated mind, and mechanical watches don’t suit that hobby, so I don’t touch the watch anymore…
As I’m trying to make a living, I have a job that requires frequent business trips. I recently went on a business trip to Europe for about a month, and these are the photos I took during that time.
I was busy working during the week, but on the weekends, I didn’t really have anything to do, so I mainly wandered around places near the headquarters and enjoyed food. It was a Michelin-famous restaurant in a small town in southern Italy called Lucca. It took more than two months to make a reservation, but a friend of my co-worker worked at the restaurant, so I made a reservation two days in advance, but luckily I was able to get a table. The price was pretty good, and the food was good. It was also very delicious. It was a dish served as an appetizer, and I always like eating prosciutto and mozzarella cheese, so I ordered the menu below, and my colleague ordered something like a truffle, but I can’t remember the name ^ ^ ;;
The main dish was Tomahawk Steak, and I don’t think it was as good as the Bistecca Fiorentina I had in Milan, but I remember it being very good for the price.
It’s this restaurant’s signature dessert menu, so I ordered lemon sherbet… Does it taste like just lemon sherbet? ^ ^
The next morning, I went out to downtown Lucca. Although it was like a small town, there were a lot of things to see within the downtown. Cathedral buildings in every city in Italy.
As I went deeper and deeper, I heard that a world-famous comic festival was going to be held here next week, and that there was also a Squid Game 2 premiere event, so I took some pictures. When I looked at the news later, I saw that Lee Jeong-jae was here…
I think this was a restaurant somewhere near the headquarters… Haha, it’s like the chop steak I always had for dinner, and this menu is very common everywhere in Italy. If you order it with arugula salad, it goes well together.
Ah… it’s a Risti, but I recently got a Pepsi… it’s a lie. I took the one my co-worker was wearing and put it on my wrist, and even though it’s a steel model, it’s quite heavy (but I still have a Risti!!)
This will always be my favorite appetizer, prosciutto + mozzarella…
I stopped by local dining because I had to go to the branch in Lugo. The quality of the food at this restaurant was much better than the Lucca restaurant… Haha, it was an appetizer, and it was nice to be able to enjoy a variety of local food items.
If you go to the downtown square in Lugo, there is a large and tall stone tower, and in the middle of it, there is a familiar shape engraved on it. My colleague said that this is the beginning of Ferrari. The founder of Ferrari said he was inspired by this or something… Anyway, I don’t remember well. It flies…
I don’t know if it’s a custom in Lugo, but it’s called Amaro, a dessert drink made locally?? They gave me the same thing. They told me to try it before drinking espresso. The taste was different, like chocolate, banana, vanilla, etc. It was sweet and the alcohol content was quite high.
It’s been a little over a week since I came here, and I think I’m finally getting used to the time difference. It always seems like a week or so after a long business trip is difficult.
I came back after a while and left a review of my business trip. When I have time, I will make a brief post for each country I visit.
Risti, I hope you have a good day today…
