JAKARTA – The community was made a fuss with his disappearance CareProtect app some time ago on the Apple App Store app store. The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) ensures that now the use of the PeduliLindung application can be felt again by iOS users.

Known, application CareProtect had experienced technical problems and could not be found in the App Store application store. Since Wednesday (23/02), the PeduliLindung application can be accessed again by iOS device users who want to download and update the application.

“After learning about the problem, the Ministry of Health immediately coordinated with Apple US. Currently, the public can re-download and update the PeduliLindung application through the App Store,” said Expert Staff for Health Technology at the Ministry of Health, Setiaji in the Ministry of Health’s official website, Friday (25/2).

More, apps CareProtect now comes with the latest version 4.1.14 after updating the features to improve the functionality and user convenience.

Setiaji also hopes for the public to use the PeduliLindung application and be disciplined in checking in when doing activities in public spaces.

“We will continue to develop and optimize this application in the future with various new features that are beneficial for public health. Therefore, we hope that the community can use it well,” added Setiaji.

In this regard, the Ministry of Health has coordinated these problems with Apple US, as the manager of the App Store. The cause of the disappearance of the PeduliLindung application is because it is constrained by changing its status to private.

As a result, iOS users including iPhone and iPad are temporarily unable to search and find the Cares for Protect application in the App Store search field.

“This application is private. So it’s not actually lost, but it can’t be searched (on the App Store),” explained Siti Nadia Tarmizi to MNC Portal.
