We asked five nutrition experts to evaluate 14 different types of milk, both of plant and cow origin. These came out better and worse.
We drink less and less milk. While in 2000 we drank an average of 3.1 dl of milk per day, in 2021 it had dropped to just under 2.2 dl, according to Melk.no.
– This is worrying. Milk is an important source of iodine and calcium. It is also a natural source of vitamin B12. If you don’t drink milk, you should be very careful to cover the need for it in another way, says Hanne Rosendahl-Riise.
