Lothar Wenzl is concerned that companies are supported in transformation processes in order to become ecologically and socially responsible organizations.
So fine. A few years ago, Federal President Alexander Van der Bellen conjured up the beauty of the constitution. The beauty of organizations, on the other hand, is the weakness of Lothar Wenzl, managing director of the consulting company Trainconsulting. “Only those who take on ecological and social responsibility today will be economically successful tomorrow,” he says. For him these are nice organizations:
Companies that offer dialogue rooms that function fearlessly and cooperatively – both in terms of employees among each other, but also externally in dealing with customers, suppliers and the competition. “People want to be taken seriously and want to be spoken to on an equal footing,” says Wenzl.
They are companies that know that there is no simple, quick solution to complex problems.
