EmitenNews.com – PT Indo Tambangraya Megah Tbk. (ITMG) will distribute Interim Cash Dividends for the 2023 fiscal year in the amount of USD 199 million or equivalent to Rp. 2,660 per share to shareholders.
Diana Yultiara Head of Corporate Communications ITMG in an official statement Friday (1/9) said that this dividend represents 65% of the Company’s Net Profit throughout the first half of 2023.
The distribution of the Interim Cash Dividend refers to the Circular Decree of the Board of Directors dated 31 August 2023 which was approved by the Company’s Board of Commissioners on the same date.
The Interim Cash Dividend will be distributed to shareholders whose names are recorded in the Company’s Register of Shareholders or the Recording Date on September 13, 2023.
