Lynx RH is looking for its client, a subsidiary of a major real estate group, specializing in technical maintenance and expert in the housing sector, a Itinerant multi-technical technician (M / F).
Your missions
Your missions revolve around 4 activities:
- Fire protection: maintenance of extinguishers, dry columns, smoke extraction systems
- Harmful protection: diagnosis, advice and treatment
- Maintenance work: plumbing, electricity, TCE
- Air hygiene: VMC control, sweeping of smoke extraction ducts
Further information :
- Rem according to profile + company vehicle + packed lunch 9.20
- 1 month of training in December
- Position to be filled in CDI at the beginning of January
- 35h from Monday to Friday
- Job start at the beginning of January
- Travel in the department, without going out

Required profile
You have obtained a Bac +2 diploma, type BTS Plumber Heating engineer, BTS Electricity. You have acquired knowledge in TCE and a similar first experience.
