Italy wins Euro 2020 by beating England in the final match. The Azzurri won on penalties after a 1-1 draw until extra time.
Meanwhile, Argentina ended a 28-year title drought by winning Copa America 2021. Lionel Messi et al. beat Brazil in the final with a narrow 1-0 score.
Italy and Argentina will duel in a match titled Finalissima 2022 at Wembley Stadium. Duel Italia vs Argentina will start at 1:45 am.
Finalissima will be played without extra time. If the score is even until normal time runs out, then the winner will be determined directly by penalty shootout.
The match between Italy and Argentina will be Giorgio Chiellini’s farewell match. The 37-year-old defender will retire from the Italian national team.
