Italy: injured, Rabiot could miss the start of the season

Frenchman Adrien Rabiot suffered a muscle injury as announced by Juventus on Tuesday. The midfielder risks missing the first game of the league season against Udinese on August 22.

This Tuesday evening, the Old Lady announced the injury of Adrien Rabiot with an official statement. The Bianconeri have revealed that the French midfielder will undergo further examinations in 10 days, but according to La Gazzetta dello Sport he is expected to stay out of the lawns for three weeks.

If his recovery time is confirmed, Rabiot will miss the season opener in Serie A against Udinese. The Bianconeri play their first league game for the 2021-22 season at the Dacia Arena on Sunday 22 August. Juventus’ first blow has just fallen.
