TRIBUNJOGJA.COM – Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko is expected to be in Italy on Sunday for a medical, completing his loan spell at Naples.
Various sources include Sky Sport Italia, Tuttomercatoweb and Sportitalia all stated that Bakayoko would fly for his medical tests, were quoted as saying Tribunjogja.com from Football Italia.
He will reunite with coach Gennaro Gattuso, who worked with him during a loan spell at Milan in 2018-19.
Milan have been in talks to return to the San Siro at the start of the summer, but Chelsea want € 25-30 million.
Napoli, on the other hand, appear content to accept a dry loan with no option or obligation to buy.
This is another loan for Bakayoko, who spent last season in Monaco.
Juventus loan Rugani
Daniele Rugani has officially left Juventus to join Stade Rennais on loan, with no option to buy, for a reported fee of € 1.5 million.
According to various sources, the deal is worth € 1.5 million with Rennes covering his wages for the entire 2020-21 season.
However, there is no option or obligation to buy, so Rugani will return to Turin next summer, although that is not clear from the words of the club statement.
