Italian airports, back to fly: here is who is doing better even than 2019

Almost 10 million passengers passed through Italian airports last March. A number that is getting closer and closer to pre-pandemic volumes, even if it is still 30% lower than in the same month of 2019. But these data – announced by Assaeroporti on 29 April – hide more than one surprise. One above all: some airports in Southern Italy recorded even higher volumes than pre-Covid ones.
