Um Won-sang (Ulsan Hyundai) was selected as the player who scored the most dynamic goal among the K-League winning teams in October.
The Korea Professional Football Federation announced on the 3rd that the winner of the K-League “Gatorade’s Moment of Victory” (G MOMENT AWARD) in October was Wonsang Um. The Gatorade Victory Moment is a prize awarded to the player who scores the most dynamic goal of any K-League winning team each month. The winner is determined by the fans’ vote on the official K League Instagram for two candidates. The Eom Won Award will receive a trophy and a cash prize of 1 million won.
In the away match against Gangwon FC on 16 last month, Wonsang Um scored a header from Martin Adam in the 29th minute of the second half and became the hero of Gatorade’s victory. Ulsan won 2-1.
Wonsang Um got 1556 votes (73%) out of 14,513 fan votes, beating Yoon Bitgaram (Jeju United, 3957 votes) by a long time. In the game against the Pohang Steelers on 8 last month, Yoon Bitgaram scored a goal by connecting a Jerso heel pass with a left-footed volley.
