The house of Matthew Perry, the late Chandler Bing from Friends, has been sold and will now become the holiday home of a famous producer.

The 280-square-meter mansion, which sits on a hill surrounding Los Angeles, was purchased by the actor in 2020 for $6 million.

Matthew Perry’s huge mansion overlooks the Pacific Ocean from the top of the hill. With four bedrooms, the Texas ranch-style villa built in 1965 has undergone several renovations. As seen in one of the latest photos posted by the actor Friends before he died, the large windows of the house illuminated the room with oak flooring. Next to the pool table, a plum-colored daybed sat beneath a painting. Being a big Batman fan, Perry had added a bat-shaped LED light in the out of his home.

The house has been sold, as is reported by Los Angeles Times who gave the news exclusively to the film producer Anita Verma-Lallianwho bought it to make it his holiday home. Matthew Perry’s heirs have decided to put the house up for sale a year after his death. Verma-Lallian has not disclosed whether the house will be opened to the public, as also reiterated in the article New York Times.
