According to the MDR Sachsen station, Köppig once again clearly reiterated on Tuesday that the Germans can stay in the Czech Republic for 48 hours without having to quarantine upon their return. However, Czech citizens can stay in Saxony without entering quarantine for only 24 hours, otherwise they will have to go into isolation. The MDR added that the regulations in force since 1 October, when the new measures on coronavirus enter into force, will be adapted accordingly.
