When Julia Ritter was informed last Friday that she could take part in the European Athletics Championships in Munich, the woman from Oberaden was extremely happy. “I’m really happy. The World Cup was a cool experience, but I think a European Championship in your own country will be really good,” says the 24-year-old shot putter.
