Today before noon it will still be cloudy over Eastern Bulgaria, in places with precipitation, but by the end of the day the precipitation will stop there as well. In the rest of the country, there will be no precipitation, and the clouds will break and reduce to mostly sunny weather.
A moderate north-west wind will blow, in the eastern half of the country – a north-north-east wind. Temperatures will decrease and the prevailing maximum will be from 15°-17° in North-Eastern Bulgaria to 23°-24° in places in the Upper Thracian lowland and in the extreme southwestern regions; in Sofia – about 19°.
Over the Black Sea during most of the day it will be mostly cloudy and there will be rain showers in many places. In the evening, the rain will stop and the clouds will begin to break. A moderate wind will blow mainly from the north-northeast. Maximum temperatures will be between 18° and 21°. The temperature of the sea water is 20°-22°. The excitement of the sea will be 2-3 points.
Over the mountains in the western part of the country, the cloudiness will break and decrease, and over the rest of the massifs it will be significant and before noon there will still be rain in places. A strong wind will blow from the northwest. The maximum temperature at a height of 1,200 meters will be around 14°, at 2,000 meters – around 7°, NIMH reported, quoted by BTA.
