TRIBUNNEWS.COM, MANADO – A traffic accident that killed a lovebird in Nagreg, West Java involved three members of the Indonesian Army.

One of them is known to be an army officer, Colonel Infantry P.

It was later discovered that the colonel served as Head of the Intel Korem 133 Nani Wartabone (NW), Gorontalo.

Kapendam XIII/Merdeka, Lt. Col. Inf. Johnson M. Sitorus also revealed the whereabouts of Colonel P at the time of the incident.

According to him, at the time of the traffic accident that killed the couple Handi Saputra (16) and Salsabila (14) in Nagreg, West Java, the person concerned was on duty to Jakarta.

Kapendam said Colonel P was in Jakarta because on December 3, 2021 he received a warrant from Danrem 133/NW.

“At that time he was to carry out and participate in evaluation activities in the field of intelligence and security in the Indonesian Army (AD),” he said, Saturday (12/25/2021).

Kapendam continued, the evaluation activity was carried out on Monday, December 6 to Tuesday, December 7, 2021.

“After that, he got permission to see his family in Central Java,” he said when giving a press statement at Makodam XIII/Merdeka.

He added that on Wednesday, December 8, 2021, the three individuals, namely Colonel P, Kopda DA, and Kopda A departed from Jakarta to Central Java.
