FAJAR.CO.ID. JAKARTA – Atta Halilintar has just reported a social media account that raised the news of his unregistered marriage with Ria Ricis.
Unfortunately, while he was at the police station, an unpleasant incident was caught on camera by a media team.
A man who is suspected of being Atta’s bodyguard issued a statement that was believed to be a threat to journalists present at the scene.
When he came down the stairs, the man was seen pointing at several people and threatening to kidnap them.
“Be careful, if my face is on TV, I will kidnap you one by one,” said Jawapos on Friday (6/9/2024).
As a result of this incident, the Federation of Video Journalists (ADV) together with lawyer Deolipa Yumara reported to the South Jakarta Metro Police on Thursday (5/9/2024).
“It’s Friday night, good night huh. We are lawyers from AJV and represent one of the victims, making a report. “The reporter is Krisan Pratomo, one of the journalists,” said Deolipa Yumara of the South Jakarta Metro Police.
The man’s name is believed to be Agung. The report regarding alleged threats refers to Article 336 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.
In addition, Agung was also reported for violating the Media Law, which is Law Number 40 of Article 18 of 1999.
“We have already asked that this will have a big impact on friends of the media, friends of journalists. The hope is that from this case, from this case, there will be no more threats against friends of journalists because news is protected by media law, protected by law, and journalists are also human,” explained Deolipa.
