This Thursday evening, French President Emmanuel Macron announced that nurseries and the school system, from kindergarten to universities, will be closed on Monday and until further notice to stop the spread of coronavirus, and asked people over 70 years of staying at home.

The head of state who spoke of “the most serious health crisis in France for a century” also called on all French people to limit their travel to “strictly necessary”. In a solemn address to the French, however, he announced the continuation of the first round of municipal elections, scheduled for Sunday.

This speech which was broadcast on television. And this broadcast succeeded in giving back to many viewers for a few moments. Indeed, for an unknown reason, the subtitles that relayed President Macron’s offers suddenly lost all meaning: “The central bank today announced joe sces quieyeière er ér èr”.

Obviously, this not very serious error and which, ultimately, does good, was obviously relayed on social networks … and diverted …
