David Tavares is finally recovered from Covid-19. The midfielder was the only Benfica player to test positive and revealed on social media that he has overcome the disease.
“It was difficult, but it is part of the past. Now, it is looking ahead, thinking only about positive things and working hard! More than ever. We are together! Carry on, Benfica!”, Wrote the young man on Instagram.
David Tavares was positive on May 10 and has only just recovered. There were 49 days alone in a room in Seixal.
