Jamesss himself is an experienced coach who has many achievements when he is with RRQ Hoshi.
Jamesss managed to win 2 times in a row – MPL ID season 5 and season 6 as well as the first MPLI season.

Jamesss himself officially resigned from RRQ Hoshi after the last M2. In M2 itself, Jamesss managed to bring RRQ Hoshi into the top 3.
But unfortunately RRQ Hoshi has not been able to win the last M2. Jamesss also resigned because he wanted to focus on his education in his home country, namely Singapore.
Jamesss recently revealed why he chose to coach the Malaysian SMG team.
