The driver of the Toyota Calya car was caught cover the vehicle registration number with tape on Jl Agriculture, Ragunan, South Jakarta. As it turned out, the driver had deliberately covered the vehicle’s license plate number with duct tape avoid the camera e-traffic law enforcement (Yes No).

Police intercepted bad driver on Jl Agriculture, Ragunan, South Jakarta on Friday (10/11) yesterday. The police gave the driver a warning.

“After we checked, the number was the same, the STNK was the same, so we took it off again to remind ourselves,” he explained.

Latif said the absence of manual fines doesn’t mean people can violate traffic rules. The national police, now prioritizing electronic fines, should make the public cultivate orderly traffic.

“The existence of this e-ticket is to invite us to maturity. Deliberately covering the license plate means wanting to deliberately violate it. Now this is obviously very dangerous. This is a lesson for all of us, if they are neat there will be no problem,” he said.

The driver was stopped by the police. Police then asked the driver to remove the tape from his car’s license plate.
