Turns out to eat cashew nuts regularly can reduce the risk of disease cardiovascular and stroke.

Several studies have also linked the consumption of some nuts to lower levels of cholesterol blood.

Another study in 2017 found that eating cashew nuts increase the rate cholesterol HDL while lowering levels cholesterol total and LDL.
