• Planning and responsibility for releases of the most important business applications (cash register, CRM, ERP, etc.) taking into account the mutual dependencies
• Close cooperation with developers, quality assurance, product owners and project management
• Monitoring of the deployment processes for the release candidates along the multi-level environments (TEST/STG/PROD)
• Determination of the necessary activities and actors for a go-live and control of the process
• Communication and documentation of releases, change logs and software versions in the different environments
• Active control of the go-live process for larger releases
• Initiation of communication to the users
• Monitoring of the hyper-care phase
• Further development of the release management processes in an agile project approach and tool integration with JIRA
