After Sony suspended operations in Russia, many PlayStation players have started shopping in Turkey, as buying games there is much cheaper than in other regions.
Despite this, not all titles in the country support the Russian language. One user managed to find that if you buy Ragnarok through a Turkish account, he will have full support for the Russian language, both text and voice acting. He also confirms that Sony was still working on the localization despite the whole situation.
You can of course buy Ragnarok through the Russian PS Store, but it will be much more expensive. Plus, you can only replenish your wallet via payment cards, which are sold at extravagant prices.
