JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – It is said that the Head of the Indonesian National Police (Kapolri) General Listyo Sigit Prabowo will be open to any input regarding the handling of the case of the death of Brigadier Brigadier Nofriansyah Yosua Hutabarat or Brigadier J at the house of the Head of the Propam Division Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Jakarta, Friday (8/7/2022).

This includes requests Brigadier J .’s family who urged the Head of the Internal Security Bureau (Karo Paminal) Divpropam Polri Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan, and South Jakarta Police Chief Kombes Budhi Herdi to be deactivated.

“The National Police Chief reminded that this is always open to what the aspirations of all parties will be considered,” said the Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo at the National Police Headquarters, Jakarta, Tuesday (19/7/2022).

According to Dedi, so far the National Police Chief has also listened to the aspirations of the community regarding the deactivation of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo from the position of the Head of the National Police Propam Division.

Following pressure from a number of parties who asked the Head of the Propam Division, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, to be deactivated, the National Police Chief deactivated Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.

“What has been done by the National Police Chief for the Propam Division is to listen to the aspirations and consider the aspects of running it transparently and accountably and quickly,” he said.

Known, team Brigadier J .’s family attorney requested that the Head of the Propam Division Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Karo Paminal Divpropam Polri Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan, and the South Jakarta Police Chief Kombes Budhi Herdi be dismissed from their positions.

Brigadier J .’s family attorneyKamaruddin Simanjuntak stated, Karo Paminal had given orders that seemed like intimidation against the family of Brigadier J.

“He came to us as Karo Paminal in Jambi and was impressed by the intimidation of the deceased’s family and cornered the family until they ordered him not to take photos, not to record, not to hold cellphones, to enter the house without permission and immediately closed the door,” Kamaruddin said when contacted, Tuesday ( 19/7/2022).

Meanwhile, the South Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Budhi Herdi, was also asked to be removed from his position because he was deemed not to have worked according to procedures to uncover criminal cases related to the murder of Brigadier J.

“The murder already exists, why is it all violated. And it’s impressed that he helped engineer the stories that developed,” said Kamaruddin.
