It is ready for ruling lawsuit would void vaccine requirement

In the Presidency of the Superior Administrative Court (TSA) a referral lawsuit that seeks the provisional suspension of Public Health Resolution 000048, which requires the presentation of a vaccination card against Covid-19 to enter closed places, was left in a state of failure, public and private, since last day 18.

That demand was known last Friday by the president of the TSA, Diomede Villalona, the date on which he granted a deadline until yesterday for the reciprocal communication of documents, providing that from that day it remains in a state to be adjudicated.

The request for precautionary measure was made by the pastor and political leader Carlos Peña, who promotes the suspension of the resolution until the administrative court hears a contentious appeal that he filed mainly, demanding the nullity of the regulation.

Yesterday the Third Chamber of the Superior Administrative Court (TSA) postponed to November 2, three amparo actions filed against the Public Health resolution. The postponements were produced by the challenge of the president of the court. Also so that voluntary interventions are regularized in support of the Public Health resolution.
